Seymour Duncan's website has awesome wiring diagrams. Just cross reference the Gibson instructions for what each wire does in case the colors don't exactly match SD's site and you should be good.

If the buzz goes away when you touch metal it's a grounding issue. Try resoldering the connections again and make sure you didn't pull/break the other end of the wires that connect to the jack.

Get some good contact cleaner (Deoxit D5) and clean the output jack. Also clean the pickup selector switch - I had that cause a similar issue before.
