AMT Electronics has the TC-1 and TC-3 power amplifiers which output 1w and 3w respectively. I owned the tc-3 and I could drive a 4x12 at rehearsal levels quite respectably.

Do you want 5150-ish high gain? Or Ecstasy high gain? IMHO the Red is more versatile as an amp-in-a-box pedal. Also the boost function is by far the most useful boost function I've ever encountered...

The only low-wattage high headroom amplifier I've ever encountered was the Dr Z M12. A used classic 50 might be a sollution, or even a Bugera V55 (least problems Bugera series).
