If you have the neck already, why dont you just trace it and make a template? There isnt a point to finding one to print out when you can make an exact one with the neck you already have.

I wouldnt add water. It breaks the glue down and when it dries its never as strong.
Try microwaving the glue. It makes it almost water like viscosity.

You dont need a specific type of 3 way toggle. THey are all the same.

That is completely incorrect. The higher the value of a pot the BRIGHTER it is, not darker. And nobody on the planet ever says to use 1 meg pots for EMGs. I dont know where you are hearing that....

You will need to widen them all the way around, most likely.

They will sound just like they do in every other guitar. Your maple fretboard and maple neck arnt going to make a big enough difference to hear. They will sound just fine.

OP, you sure the fretboard didnt separate from the neck? I have seen that happen when a guitar was dropped and the fretboard lifted up...

There isnt going to be more tension. THe only time more tension is added is when the scale length is increased.

Where does this crazy idea of adjusting the truss rod for intonation come from? I have heard this countless times recently and it doesnt make sense to me why anybody would even consider it.

Oiled and raw is an oxymoron.
Danish oil is great. It is what i use on all my builds. It doesnt build up on top, it soaks into the wood.
