Is it cornmancer updating the blog? I can't recall who said they'd do it now.

Either way good effort whoever it was, loving the presentation.

Dads Army was kind of meh.

Well cast I'll give it that, and not boring as such. But it's never as funny as the TV series was. The plot could actually have been half decent. Like a war time...

Just rounded of Lang's Western's with Rancho Notorious, a film which makes no reference whatsoever to anything called Rancho Notorious.

It was pretty decent as it goes. As the song at the start so...

The only Scottish films I can think of have been people like Ken Loach and Terrence Davis setting films in Scotland. In terms of Welsh films all I can think of is Hunky Dory and Submarine. But again,...

Just got back from Room. The second Lenny Abrahamson film I've seen, and the second that peaks too soon, before meandering on, never quite knowing where to end.

I did enjoy it. It had a lot of...

Western Union. Fritz Lang's second western and the least 'Langian' film he did (that I've seen).

Looks stunning in technicolour, and does action scenes well, but the tons and plot and just all over...
