For some reason this really reminds me of 70's...

For some reason this really reminds me of 70's era Floyd, not sure why. Perhaps the concept idea I don't know. Nice stuff nonetheless, especially 2 and 3!

Also in hindsight I probably did over do the reverb a lot, especially for an acoustic song.

There's a lot of hit songs that have been simplified into "easy" piano versions, so I'd just search whatever artist/band you please + easy piano and you should plenty of stuff.

Good cover mate! As for your voice I don't find anything wrong with it; it's nice and earthy and it does suit the song/style. You should do some more Dylan covers!

In all honesty I feel the baritone voice naturally sounds more significantly more expressive than tenor voices. Whether my opinion is slightly bias (I sing in a bass-baritone voice) I don't know, but...
