I would venture to guess that the strings were all dead. that's one of the problems I hear about many GC's. they never change the strings on floor models.

yep. Steppy's Adamas' all( all 2 of them) have stainless.. I don't believe they make much of a difference sonically. they're just supposed to resist wear longer.

my Adamas 2080sr get as much laptime as the taylors and martins. whats even better is that they are much less susceptible to humidity issues...

nice guits. for the money, I much prefer the GS mini though. a LOT more clarity with fingerstyle. great bass response. great little strummers. like most smaller guitars, they won't ever get mistaken...
