Have you tried different browsers? Sometimes that'll help certain sites render faster.

I play my Jackson Rhodes in the classical position, so there's really no difference between sitting and standing IMO. Strap length and placement make a difference in standing playing.

I'd have to highly suggest the Seymour Duncan Blackouts. They fit in the standard housing. I have them installed in my Jackson RR3 and they're great for death metal and other low-tuned genres....
