You can get some nice tones from a Marshall...

You can get some nice tones from a Marshall Jackhammer. I used to use one through a solid state amp (Line 6 Spider II) until I got a Carvin tube amp recently.

Im thinking that it would be closer to an epiphone style nut, compared to a strat. Strat spacing is a little wider than gibson. A prs is closer to a gibson from what I have seen.

I have been looking at the same guitar, and I think that it would be well worth the money. Especially considering some of the new features that they have incorporated into this guitar.
