Screw it in more (using the correct hex key) until it is actually creating some pressure between the saddle and bridge. The screws are always quite loose as they sheer very easily.

I'm surprised no cheapass brand has jumped on the cutprice-boutique bandwagon. Fanned frets; singlecut designs; headless tuning systems; etc, they don't really cost much more than a normal production...

TBH you can't really lose with any Warwick. Personally, I'd go for a Star Bass (choice of Lee Sklar).
