Virtuoso stuff gets recommended a lot.. I use just Meguiar's if I can't get it off with a micro-fiber cloth. Also use the Dunlop Carnauba wax.. only like twice a year per guitar though.

If the bridge doesn't hold tuning after a good setup and you don't want to hardtail it, change the bridge....

I hate to be the one to say it, but... I do not think that upgrading from TUSQ to Bone would make too much of a difference. Maybe for aesthetics, as you say, but I don't think TUSQ stuff looks bad....
