yeah, I didn't mean not to practice alternate picking. I meant to practice alternate picking + isolated down and upstrokes, because I think it will help MORE that pracitcing only AP

I guess I'll just practice every lick starting with both up and down stroke, but considering that my up strokes are weaker than my down strokes 15 minutes of practicing scales with up strokes only...

I devoted some more time to practice sweep picking. I'm not so fast with it, my alternate picking is faster than my sweeping. I can do 3 and 4 string arpeggios prety descent, but I have some troubles...
