Was also about to suggest getting a 6 string set with an extra string for the low B. I personally went for 11-49 on my 7 string with a 66 for the low B.

Not exactly drop B, but I use 11-49 on my 7 string with a 66 for the low B. I usually play half a step down and it's just about right. I use 12-56 on my other Ibanez in drop C and I find it perfect....
