Got it working, I don't think I needed to install drivers.
Only thing was setting "USB Audio Device" to "enabled" in the Reaper audio settings.
There does seem to be some latency though...

My ZR tremolo has too much free play in the motion.
Even when the bar is tight, there is free play which hinders smooth up and down whammying.
