i dunno, burrs arent exactly designed for removing material. they more are just supposed to grab leftover bits of metal shavings still attached to a previously milled piece, and then fling them...

i just cut a compound headstock angle on a fanned fret 5 string...

or use http://www.ekips.org/tools/guitar/fretfind2d/

to map out your board, print to full scale, then use a fretsaw+ a fence to cut on each line.

i could see how it might be usefull with p90s around florescent lights, but even then, idon't think msot of the 'holy grail' tone guitars were ever shielded.
