If I keep it in standard for a couple of songs it wont warp the neck, and I dont play in standard often.
I am sorry I kind of worded the initial question wrong...

Its not a major problem, because i could still play all of the music in standard in drop d, but I would still like to know...

I have been playing drop b with the stock strings, so I am used to loose :)
So should I go with the exl117's here?

Low Tuning help.

I have started playing in lower tunings and the strings that came on my hellraiser, Ernie Ball Regular slinky's, are WAY too thin to play in Drop B and Drop A.
