I've checked and the sweet switch is actually a low pass filter circuit that get's activated by either a mini toggle switch or a push pull/push push knob so I don't think that's it

For the second one...depends on how you want to play it: you can break up the sweep in two parts or you can just pull off, it's not that hard, just keep trying

It needs to be able to cover a lot of genres, from jazz to classic rock, from blues to progressive metal (aka I need nice cleans, good overdrive/distorion tone and a warm and full sound)
