So I've been corrected. Still, the fuzz factory, although it has a very oscillatey reputation, can be pretty thick with some knob fiddling. It's definitely something to consider, I think.

No, the wattage of the cab is input wattage, meaning it can handle up to 400w. Your head runs a 200w, so you're running a total of 200w for your rig.
