It sounds like your locking tuners may be slipping, keep an eye on how far the string goes through the post and see if its slipping a little bit. I had schaller locking tuners and I hated them...

well, here is an update, it works, but if I roll the neck pot all the way down it cuts out completely in position one. I have ideas on how to fix this and I will post my changes.
