I guess the programs come with but I'll probably use Reaper anyway so it won't matter much. The guy says it's just been lying in the original box mostly since he bought it.

I don't use it for massive compression, just fattening up my AC15 and boosting the cleans a bit, sounds so nice. It also works great with my drives and fuzz...

The one I had was noisy and kind of just sucked the life out of the tone. It somehow made a sweet sparkling clean sound dull, lifeless and boring. Oh yea and it killed high end :(
