Like anybody constructing anything for anybody, charge him for materials and labor. It's not up to us to decide what your labor rates are, but somewhere from 10-15/h sounds reasonable to me.

Pretty much what everyone else said, but if i had to choose one i would go with the jackson. I find the lower end jackson sound better than the lower end LTDs, but thsts just my opinion.

If I were you, I would give the rest of the guys an ultimatum, "get your shit together, or were done". That or start a new band with the bass player and find some decent, dedicated guys.

Because there is a lack of a logo on the head, i would say it's part of some DIY Stratocaster kit you get off of ebay, not too sure, but thats what it looks like to me.
