Agile AL-2000. Probably the best playing sub-$250 guitar I've ever played. Hardware is solid. Tuners are fine. Don't sound too bad stock but I would love to see how awesome a good set of pickups...

AL-2000s are just as good as Epiphones LPs....

AL-2000s are just as good as Epiphones LPs. Excellent guitars. Plus you can get an AL-2000 with a case for less than $300.
