I like it. I could picture myself sipping some whiskey in some desert plain, sun beating down.

I've never seen something like this made in Guitar Pro o_o. Kudos on that. I like it, but I don't feel like I know enough about the genre to critique.

Looks like the double harmonic scale. You take a the 5th mode of the Harmonic minor (i.e. Phrygian Dominant) and augment the 7th scale degree. You end up with the tone cluster: 11, (12) and (13).

Your pedal order looks fine to me. Pitch modulators (wah and octavers) produce artefacts in the audio, which you'd want to be masked by the distortion.

It's not my cup of tea, but I know many folk who'd love it.

I think the writing's good, but it's quite same-y throughout. It's definitely lacking in some dynamics in terms of sonority and time....

Mix sounds good. It's not too hot and sounds quite well balanced - natural sounding. My ONLY gripe is the kick. It's too loud at the beginning... and a little too 'sampl-y'.

In terms of PURELY tone... I'd go for the RP500. It has more clarity and, with some mixing and EQing, you could get it to sound as ballsy. I suspect it'll also sit in a mix better.

Those chords aren't quite identical. Also, they actually share 4 notes:

C#m7: C# E G# B(7)

Amaj9: A C# E G#(7) B(9)

Amaj9 is the same as C#m7 plus the minor 6th.
