Try Frenzel Amps. They have a couple models that are Bassman/plexi. I think they share a power section but it's worthing checking out. They're handwired and built in the US and not too expensive....

Just did. Q1, which should be around 8.1V was oscillating between 1.6V and 2.6V. Q2 and Q3 both read 0V. What did I do wrong thats making it jump around like that? I've never seen anything like that...

Peavey Classic 30 will need an OD to get into metal but you can't go on CL without being flooded with Classic 30's for 300.
