Anyone know what the Peavey XXX cabs are like? There's one popped up on Perthbands for $200 and I'm kinda tempted.

HEY AUSSIES, 1986 burny build, $700 to you guys. (or negotiate on your end)

has a crack in the veneer on the top, but it's worth checking out if you are in the market for a decent LP type guitar.

Yeah, saw that on Melband. Would buy but you know, car and shit.

Great LP Matt. You got that one quick.

Thank.
And thanks for the words of support from everyone else here as well.
Living with my mom is uhm..lets call it a challenge.
She is a bit of a control freak, domineering, etc, etc.
That's one of the reasons for a new desire to get my pedal building back on schedule.
I'm gonna go nuts if I have to live here for very long.
I called one of the local music stores that I did some amp repairs for before I went to Los Angeles. He doesn't have an amp tech, but he also doesn't have anything there for me to repair. But I'm hoping that will change soon once he knows he has someone competent enough to do the work.
I also did some pedal mods for his personal rig, so I does like and trust my work.
I need to see if I can find some kind of equivalent to Apex up here. Not likely though.
Also need to find a decent powder coating places around here.

I'm got a bedroom and another room to use as an office/workshop. Although its a little small. I'm gonna empty that room and set up a soldering/work station and such in the next few days.

Zvexter fuzz factory for $100 (usd) on craigslist along with $85 catalinbread merkin (older paint job with the girl on it) and $65 swollen pickle. Was planning on just getting something more simple like the swollen pickle but the deals on all of them seem pretty damn good. my wallet would hate me because i don't need them all though.

If you like the Big Muff sound, go with the Swollen Pickle.

thanks

might see if I can get our guitar player to get the fuzz factory because he's mentioned getting one and then I could still play with it.
