Just listened to that clip. Great sound. Practically wouldn't even need massive processing to sound great in a mix.

A bit fizzy but not in a bad way. Great tone. Those Creambacks are brand new. Nice KSE tone too.

Breaking those Creambacks in is just going to sound better too. I can't wait to throw one in my 2x12.

Thinking about selling the PRS already. Feel kinda stupid having a guitar worth that much around and I really haven't been playing it near as much as the Custom and G0.

From the way his thread is progressing, it looks like he just doesn't like the guitar. Sob story to get it sold? Maybe. The fact that his "financial situation" is clearing up within 15 days is a bit hard to believe; plus the fact that he is wanting other Suhr guitars now.

This is why I would never buy an expensive ERG...

been there.

it wasn't that i felt stupid because i wasn't playing it. i felt like it was a big pile of cash that i could use towards something else that i would play more. i sold the yamaha for the pretty much the same reason. (obviously the yammy is worth a fair amount less than the ME)

yup you sure do. one showed up at my local sam ash store, i need to go try it today.
i bought that ampeg j12-t used for $200 a while back so i'm not even interested in buying one.

he bought the wrong amp for the job based solely on the fact that it has tubes and was cheap.

there's no point in throwing more money at it.

Oh no doubt that he bought the wrong amp. They aren't even good for Fender cleans. Did you look at the schematic? What a mess.

cath you may find this frightening but the only way i can tell if an amp is going to sound good is to plug a guitar in and start twisting knobs.

most schematics to me look like a rail map of the ukrane, and i use autocad on a daily basis.
