Especially since I've been on a Cage kick the past few days. And E&A is about as good as music gets.

i'm glad i have friends with good taste in music. never imagined i'd legitimately enjoy rap even a couple years ago.

I enjoy Ice-T, N.W.A, Cypress Hill and some other old school artists.

A tribe called quest and Jungle Brothers are pretty cool with their hip-hop with jazz influences.

Then I enjoy some more modern artists as well, but then it is mostly "hardcore" hip-hop i.e. basically hip-hop with death metal lyrics. Necro is one guy. So over the top.

Then I enjoy Joe Lajoie's (?) hip-hop songs as well; even though they are parodies the beats are pretty tight and the lyrics are hilarious.

Guitars and basses:

Fender Blacktop Telecaster|Epiphone Junior SG|Ibanez Lawsuit Strat|anelectro '63|Eagle tele w/ P-90s|Duke LP-copy|Cort B2A bass|Ibanez AW-40TCS

local seattle dude.

really good shit, and he has a great message: a good portion of his songs talk about seeing things in a positive light and rising up through hardship instead of giving in.

Yeah, bands and artists. Just stop promoting this sell out crap. It's all about the underground.

I'll leave you with some legit stuff that is under appreciated. Props to the OP of this S!C vid!
