I'd just get that new Pawn Shop Fender, looks awesome. (It needs a matching headstock though.)

+1

I wish they made matching headstocks an option on all Fenders. They look so much better in my opinion.

It's a Polish burger shop.

Also Fender pickup covers make great incense burners.

I've just concluded that my all-time favourite bass player is John Deacon.

What a legend.

Just a heads up to anyone in the States, there's a Warwick pro series Star Bass up for grabs on TB, looks like all kinds of sexy. I know there's some hollowbody fever going around, especially since NAMM.

Meh a four month wait for the Delano's to built and shipped. Due to them getting a few spools of poor quality coil wire.

Same goes for the body I just ordered from Warmoth. Though I don't mind this since they are overbooked with work orders.

I have no idea how their music translates to a live gig.

Me neither, other than loud....

S'gonna be an education, and will probably be the only gig that tops Mogwai in terms of ear splitting volume

It is indeed vile, and the piss yellow color does not help matters.

Hey, it comes in black, white, and sunburst too.

I just wish it was a double cut. Double cut hollowbodies are so much sexier than single cuts.

I have never seen a hollowbody or a semi-solid electric bass that I liked. Electric basses are supposed to be solid and heavy. Hollowing out an electric bass is like cutting the balls off of a prized stallion. It just isn't done!
