Thanks brah. The drummer in my band is the guy in charge of all of the recording/mixing stuff. He's still relatively new to the process and doesn't really have many people knocking on his door to record there. I know what you guys mean about the reverb and stuff, that's definitely something that can be fixed next time I write/record shit. Thanks for the comments.

Also, about Redditors, I don't think they're that bad if you post your stuff in the right place and/or are polite.

^Well it's a learning curve. I learned a lot about video editing in the last year and a half, for example. Your drummer will get the hang of recording and mixing. Just keep putting out some awesome material is all.

The only board on reddit I frequent is the Game Grumps one, and that's a mad lurk.

Trying to organize a road trip up to the Gold Coast by the end of the year/start of next year. I've been kinda depressed this past year (probably longer) so I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone and start doing some shit.
I've learned that I have no confidence whatsoever and a crippling fear of rejection, so I'mma start sorting it out. I wanna work on myself without anti-depressants and what-have-yous first.

Simon, if you need to get laid (without paying for it), honestly- I'd suggest traveling to a large American college campus. It's pretty much a buffet line of dripping wet broads. And they'd go batshit wild over an Aussie accent; especially at colleges here in the dirty south.

Plus, that whole thing about nice guys finishing last is totally true. It ain't bullshit. If you don't have any confidence, well, it's pretty much half the battle.

I haven't boned in about 2 months. Even Jesus took a break, so meh.

So, being a dad is pretty awesome. I'm buying a house tomorrow. It's on three acres of land, it has a pond, a 900 square foot shed that I'm going to convert into a recording studio/practice space, a finished basement, three bedrooms 2 full baths... It's really very awesome. I'm going to replace all the windows in the sun room with stained glass windows that I'm going to make myself. It's gonna rule.

Hahah. I work a lot. In my area of the country I would be considered middle class. Houses aren't terribly cheap, but if you have a decent enough job you can afford one. Especially if you buy a cheap one and do work to it. This one was foreclosed on and we're going to do a ton of labor to it as well. We're planning on increasing the value.
