Hey Aaron, not sure if you're near Dublin since I don't know the lay-out of Ireland, but The Trailer Park Boys are coming through there on May 8 I think. Olympia Theatre or something like that.

Oh you lucky bastard! I found a nice specialty store where they have all sorts of delicious beers, and I decided to go Irish and Scottish this time instead of the usual Belgian and German. You crazy Irishman and your absurd thirst for beer, I commend you!

SWEET! Saw them the last time, and it was fucking hilarious. They managed to bring the stupidest people in the crowd up to play Cyrus.

Haha, ace. They came through Alberta, but ended up in Edmonton and I couldn't make it. Utter year ruiner, since it was all of 'em: Julian, Bubbs, Ricky, Lahey and Randy. They always put on a great show, just the epitome of trash class.
The look Julian gives him was hilarious, and jesus christ, Bubbs doing the nunchuk bit was classic,

I've just had an Innis & Gunn Blonde which is a scottish brewery. They are fast becoming a Brewery I trust. This was a nice 6% too. I'm nut usually a fan of blonde's, anything paler than a ruby and I'm usually put off, but this was very pleasant.

Innis & Gunn is my favourite by far. I want them to make another Highland Cask batch, because apparently its amazing (I wasn't drinking when they made it). They just make a batch of Irish Whiskey Cask's though, so hopefully they ship a few to Canada.

Innis & Gunn is probably my favourite beer. If you ever see it about Williams Draught is another great Scottish beer; 5%, relatively cheap and is both the smoothest and nicest tasting lager I've had. It's dangerously easy to drink though.
BrewDog are also pretty good, some people can't stand some of the stuff they do though, it's all fairly strong tasting.

Tried Innis & Gunn, something to do with fruit and chocolate. Not my thing. I enjoy the rum cask, but either I wasn't in the mood, or it was just awful.

I'm gonna try it some time, but everything seems to indicate that it's inferior to many other Scottish breweries.

I'd say it's one of the best, by a long shot. It's also one of the few doing something other than ales.
The original has a pretty unique taste, I could understand why it might not appeal if you're wanting something that tastes like a 'beer'. The blonde is a bit more traditional.

I still haven't seen the first one. Speaking of Bruce Willis, I watched The Sixth Sense last month...of all the movies to have heard the ending before watching.

I think I've only seen the second and third one, and the newest one. The Sixth Sense is amazing, and still the only movie that I can recall that had plot twists that truly shocked me. Knowing takes some of the fun out of it, but it should still be an enjoyable movie.
Movies off the top of my head that have similarly shocking plot twists are "What Lies Beneath," and "Stay" |

Anyone pick up the new Jess and the Ancient Ones?
Shaping up to be pretty good from what I hear. Released in two days I think.
