reversing phase of bridge in dual 4 conductor humbuckers

I have an epiphone les paul, with rather a mess of wires inside. Firstly, does anyone have a good diagram of two 4 conductor humbuckers with 2 master volumes and two tones, with a 3 way switch? and how would I switch my hot and grounds with 4 conducter to put the bridge pickup in reverse phase, and out of phase with the neck pickup?

on a side note, would it be a fairly easy fix to rewire for seperate volumes instead of 2 masters while I am at it?

it has 2 master volumes. when both pickups are on, and you turn one volume all the way down, there is no sound.

thankyou for the advice

http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/schematics.shtml

all the schematics on this page involve additional switches. I want to make it permanent( relatively permanent)

I want 2 humbuckers, 2 volume, 2 tone, with the bridge humbucker reversed so that the pickups are out of phase with one another when the selector is in the middle position.

If your guitar is already wired, and you just want to reverse the bridge.
Just take the wire from the pickup that goes to the volume, and the wire that's soldered to the back of a pot, and switch them over?

Edit: Why not just have a push-pull pot so you can reverse it when you want to?

I'm not interested in spending money until I know I like it. there is 4 wires and I dont know what the colours are. that is what I am trying to find out
