What's a lace sensor?
so i was at a shop today playing the awesome Austin im going to buy in a few days...and im at the cash talking to the lady and looking at the pups and stuff in the cabinet...and i see one that says "Lace" on it...and at first i thought "lace?, what a gay pickup brand name." then i realized that its a Lace Sensor...but i dont know waht it does?...what are they for?

They're a brand of pickups. They're mainly known for noiseless single coils (they're just well shielded so no noise is picked up by them)

I think they are better than "normal" sinlge coils because of the more punchy sound and the fact that there's no noise.

ya Fender has their own Lace-Sensor p'ups...theyre coiled to cancel hum like buckers...i believe...but dont quote me

They have a special system that has absolutely no hum and no magnetic pull i think.
