any programs that i can write jazz transcriptions with?

hey guys, are there any programs that i can use to write jazz transcriptions,
similar to the ones in Hal Leonards' The Real Book. With the font as well as the chord forms about the staff?

MuseScore is a free program and should be good enough for basic transcriptions.
