How do i get a backing track/w guitar to play threw my head phones?

I have a pod XT, the one thats shaped like a kidney and a fender 25R. I want to be able to listen to backing tracks from my computer on my head phones with my guitar. The pod has only one input. Is their a splitter I can get? Something that turns my one input into to inputs or is their a better solution? I dont have allot of money to spend.

This.

I have the XT Live and I take the phones-out port and rout that into my PC, set it up with the software and you get your normally PC Audio (so you can run the backing-track) while still getting the guitar.

That makes sense. So you just plug the phones into the mic input on the computer?

It's easier if I show a basic signal chain:

Guitar > XT Live > Mic Port on computer.

I've only been able to get it to record into software using the USB port.
