Floyd Rose Help

So i just got a cool new guitar it is a washburn parallaxe and it has a floyd rose on it, I have never owned a guitar with a floyd rose on it. I changed the strings as I do with all my new guitars and one side of the floyd rose is higher than the other (the side closest to me) and it seems like the other side is recessed into the body. The action on the bass and treble side are through the roof too. I do not even know where to begin I have not touched any of the springs or anything either.

Here's a series of videos i recommend watching. Floyds are not complicated once you learn to set one up. Also I'll include the floyd set up thread link.
