google the telecaster forum, sign up, contact JBenett. there may be two n's in his name though. But yeah, guy does great work.

You could also make your own with your printer using overhead transparency sheets. They only work if you are still doing your clear coats though.

Print what you want, cut it out, do a clear coat on your neck, while it's still damp put the printout on top of the clear coat. Do another coat to seal it in place, then continue finishing as usual.

I saw a ebay post that some guy would work with you to design a custom decal and make it for you.
$20 is what he was charging last time I checked.

I can't link to it but it shouldn't be hard to find.

Dont bother with waterslide decals. You can get the good vinyl ones made in almost any custom font for under 10 bucks.
