Been Playing for 15 Years....Now I want to learn!
Hi all
I've been playing guitar on and off for about 15 years. I know my basic chords, can throw together a song, and I can do chuggy riffs with the best of them! In the last few years since getting married, having kids etc (growing up basically) I have found less and less time to play, and even sold my amp and pedals. I did however keep an acoustic and an electric. So now after 15 years I've decided that I'm finally going to learn how to play properly! I've bought a little box that allows me to play my electric guitar through my phone which means I can practice when the kids are asleep! The thing is though that I'm pretty lost as to where to start? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks guys! |

Start off by getting a metronome and a book on music theory then start with some scales ( major, minor, pentatonic) and some new chords
