I remember playing the Haze combo and I didn't think it was all that bad. Not fizzy per se, but pretty dark. I would probably go for one of those over the new DSLs.

If you can get an OLD DSL instead though, I'd jump on that instead.

I was just going off of the fact that he used 1960 cabs. It's goddamn difficult to find info on what speakers artists use. I'll have to make a mental note of that one, though.

He did use G12T75's at times but EV is what he's famous for. 1960B loaded with EV's.
