Washburn MG42 MOD SUGESTIONS

Hi, What modifications/customisation would anyone suggest to upgrade/improve my MG42?
Im looking into an H-S-H pickup config, as I have 3 spare single coil pickups from a MARLIN SLAMMER (strat copy), I also have a 5 way pickup switch from the same SLAMMER, would this make any improvement on the sound?
Also, how much of a differance will potting my single coils make, if any?

any and all input wellcomed. BAD_COMPANY

1, What's the best non floating bridge to replace the floyd rose floating one it came with?
2, the lower bridge pin is fixed in with car repair u-pon? and ally mesh.
Is it a good idea to drill and fix the The bridge down? (i don't use the wammy bar), or buy a differant bridge?
any sugestions wellcomed BAD C

No the pickups would be sub-par at best.
Just buy new electronics and sheild the cavity.

You'd probably be better off blocking the floyd.

don't i know it now (whimper sob)

thanx, but things have gone from bad to worse.
the bridge pin split through the cavity with ally car repair mesh & filler.
and the other bridge pin has decided it wants new digs & has started to move out of its hole (pin`n`mounting)
so im thinking of useing some copper draft excluding strip to line the inside edge of the cavity, if im going to shield it anyway, and block the bridge in place, too late to stop any damage now, ill just make do until i get a new guitar.
if all else fails, ill go all Pete Townshend/Jimmy Hendrix on it's ass, should make for some cool artwork hanging in piecies on the wall

thanx for the sugestions & advise, much apreciated B_C
