Who, me? I don't sleep much. Never have. I'm a bit of a mutant in that regard.

At a follow up appointment shortly after I was born, the doctor asked my parents how I was sleeping.

I was doing fine, they said, "he's up to 8 hours a night."

(Infants are supposed to sleep @16-20hrs/day.)

Unexpected financial issues. Vehicle problems last month, central heat and air unit messed up this month, supposed to go on vacation next month and all savings pretty much disappeared in two months. If i have to sell em i will pick up a hd500 to do until i can build back up.

Could be worse i suppose. Should i keep the signa drive for the hd500 since the boosts on the m13 sucked imo?

Yeah and forgot about the house repairs from that storm, just bad luck. Being able to start recording sooner than i thought with the pod might lessen the blow though

You need to change the blurb under your avatar to "I am The Lord of Charcoal Fire!"

...and change your avatar, while you're at it.

(For everyone younger than Cathbard, that's Arthur Brown performing his 1968 hit, "Fire"...)

Saw Mastodon and Clutch last night. Sick show.

Brend Hinds was using a Diezel VH4, which sounded fantastic. I've never tried one and I've always kind of had them pegged as super compressed gain machines, but his sound was really nice.

I guess Bill is now playing Friedman amps instead of his old JCM 800s. Couldn't tell much a of a difference but when you have the money I guess go for it.

I've got a UL half stack up there you should buy.

My dads going to whip me if he has to put another half stack in storage. I have four cabs. I don't even remember what speakers are in one of them

A Syracuse, N.Y., father and daughter duo have the world's widest tongues.

Measuring 8.57 cm wide, Byron Schlenker's tongue is the world's widest, says the Guinness Book of World Records.

"Byron Schlenker has previously held this record with a tongue width of 8.3 cm, but since this was set, his tongue has become wider," reads a post on the Guinness website.

Meanwhile, at 7.33 cm, the widest female tongue belongs to Schlenker's own daughter, 14-year-old Emily.

You probably have friends with extra storage space.

Check this out, it was the instant I landed after jumping off the rock above. Note the compressed fork, rear shock and rear tire even... You'd never really see that normally but the shot was timed perfectly.
