How to improve vocals?

Hey, I'm a 16 year old dude that's trying to improve singing.

I've never tried to sing in a high register before like this one; I normally sing low but I find it hard to control so this felt pretty good for a change :P

What do you think? Good? Bad?

How can I get better?

Pretty good for a start.

You need to open your mouth more when you sing. You're clenching a lot of stuff in there. You'll sound "fuller" if you do.

Thank you Hotspur.

Is there any other issues regarding pitch, tone, pronounciation or anything else you can think of?

I have a question, do you exercise your vocal first, before you sing this song? Because it sounded that you didn't.

Not really. I did a scale up and down once, practiced the chorus once then recorded this.
