Stress or Heart Problem?

I have an ECG appointment booked and, tbh, until I get the letter, I don't know when.

Sometimes I want to vomit about what could go wrong.
And IDK, right now I'm thinking the paracetamol I took is shit.

Basically, if the ECG shows my heart is healthy, it's stress.

You should hope it's stress.

You can get over stress, you can't get over a bad heart.

EDIT: Watch this and be happy

Stressing won't help, and it could well be making it worse. Try not to worry about it, and just wait until your appointment. Stressing won't help, especially since you don't know what the problem is, and stressing it could be the problem.

Yes you can. Effective doses of fish oil with omega-3 can improve heart conditions over time.

Their benefits aren't accepted as much anymore.

But really, you're right. I was wrong to say that. Heart problems are definitely treatable. I would just prefer a stress-induced condition.
