replacing intonation screws

i have an ibanez SAS36FM and i need to replace the intonation screws. i looked online for them but it seems theres a hundred different kinds. how do i know which ones to get?

1. Go to a hardware store with one of your (non damaged) screws in hand.

2. Ask the salesman to check the thread pitch of your screw.

3. Armed with that knowledge, proceed to the machine screw section and find screws of that thread pitch with the appropriate length.

4. Pay for said screws and return home.

5. Install.

6. Profit
