Well, regardless, even if you only have the Ironheart and a 2x12 you need one. No serious muso should be without the equipment he needs - and that includes more than his guitar and amp. And once you're set up you can use whatever the **** you want.
We used to cart around bigger things than my 3/4 stack. Ever moved a W-bin around? You gotta set yourself up properly. If you have a few trollies kicking around it makes everything that much easier, esp at tear down stage when you're tired and worn out. **** carrying shit.

yeah it's hard to go wrong with the harley benton if you like v30s. it's little more than buying two v30s at retail prices, lol.

plus it's front-loaded and uses spade connectors- it's built for super-quick speaker swaps, so you can try different speakers very easily and very close to each other (time-wise, i mean, you can swap two speakers in about 5 minutes) to hear the difference before you've forgotten what the first one sounded like. Added to the fact that the v30 pairs very nicely with several other speakers- g12t75, classic lead, g12h30, g12-65/wgs et65 (though i didn't like that one as much, but loads of people seem to)- and arguably sounds better combined than with v30s alone... even if you buy another speaker later to try you've probably still spent less than most other even half-decent 2x12 ply cabs with decent speakers.

yeah, it's hard to go wrong at the price, basically. that's not to say an ubercab or something like that won't sound better... but the hb does sound pretty good. And for all the cab cost (like, 10 or something silly when you subtract the cost of the speakers) even if you hate the cab it's not the end of the world.
