What does this mean?

Hi I'm trying to learn one of my fav songs and the intro is the most important part but I can't understand what it wants me to do. I am a very new guitarist and I just got mine today. I played a little ukulele before I got this guitar though. So what does this want me to do? P.S the thing I want to learn is the intro follow the link, but roughly this is what it looks like

E|----------------|-----------------|---------------|----------------|
B|----------------|-----------------|---------------|----------------|
G|---------2--4---|----------0--2---|----------2--4-|--------0--2----|
D|-------5--------|-------3---------|-------5-------|------3---------|
A|----5---------5-|----3----------3-|----5----------|---3----------3-|
E|-3--------------|-1---------------|-3-------------|-1--------------|

I don't know what you mean what it wants you to do. Can you not read guitar tab?

Index on the 3rd fret, ring on the 5th fret of the 5th string, and pinky on the 5th fret of 4th string. Index on the 2nd fret on the 3rd string, ring finger on the 4th fret of the 3rd string. Then pinky on the 5th fret of the 5th string.

Move down one step. Move up on step. Move down one step.
