I think I know what you're talking about. I'll upload another vid tomorrow after I practice some. Thanks for helping so much dude. I never even knew I was doing it wrong.

Thanks. But really my playing is sloppy and my phrasing is bad, mostly because I'm out of practice.

Also, with the bending/vibrato, when I twist my wrist my fingers just stay in place. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

While holding the neck with your palm on the back of the neck, when you twist/tilt your wrist also pull your palm away from the back of the neck. Your thumb and index will be used for torque/leverage while your bending. You don't really twist your wrist all that much, it's more like a tilt/slight twist.
