Hey dudes

The top is radiused, has a belly cut, and is very light.

I'm checking out a XJ 650 on thursday. The guy has owned it for 12 years, and he seems to take good care of it. I think a XJ 650 should be on the same level of quality as the GS 1000.

You guys get a bigger range of Jap bikes than we do. I know the XJ550 and the XJ600 but not the 650. That's always been the case, the Aussie market is too small, we've only ever gotten a selection of what was made by any of the Jap bike manufacturers.

Just noticed D'Addario EXL120BT strings. 9-40. Now that I don't have to play anything in drop D I'm thinking of putting some on my Gilchrist. Anybody used them? I'm thinking they may be the ticket for my dodgey left hand.

Well, I probably use a lot less gain than you. I reverted it to stock JCM800 gain, remember? Then I only use the gain knob around 12-2 o'clock. I think all our recordings on my band's facebook are with those settings hahah.

Comp switch does sound good though, I liked that.

Did you see my earlier post about the Emi Commonwealth (225W)? Sounds sweet with the EVM-12L in a 212.

Alright, I know Dan likes them, and I'm sure some of the rest of you do, I need to know what the best arctic monkeys album is for someone who hasn't heard them. I heard a couple songs, awesome.

Whoever recommended I try some stuff from Bear Republic (I think Randy), . Tried a few of their beers tonight, and they're all fantastic.

I was just looking at my CL, and there's a tele, using that pic ^ on sale in ny for $750.

I'd love to play one, see if it's a good fit, but I want to sell a couple more guitars first.

Yea, that's the pic by the seller when I got it. It's artsy and it sells! $750 is pretty steep.

I also have the Strat and JBass in the same Gloss Black, captures paw prints like no other.

I am not happy with my rig. Love the Rebel, need some speeakers, another cab, VTM or Splawn or something, some fuzzes and another OD or two, a proper superstrat, and of course a motorcycle.

Also, I. Think the girl at work is starting to lust over me. Prolonged eye contact, I've got a ****ing amazing sense of humor, ect.

311 you need a 4x12 to go with your amps

I don't ride streetbikes because I know I'll kill myself, but give me a dirtbike and it's on. I miss my YZ250, excellent bike and so was my brothers RM250

Well, Vermont has been fun. Stratton kind of sucks as a mountain though and it's incredibly overpriced. They want $95 for a single day pass. **** that we bought them from scalpers for 40. One of us is at the mountain now looking for cheap tickets. I'm okay with not riding today though.

Mark, that's ****ing awful man I'm so sorry.

311, I agree with Rob. Look for a 4x12.

That is ridiculous prices. I've been up in Killington before and it is great for east-coast slopes.

There is a local surf shop selling 2012/13 model Ride snowboards for $149 and Burton for $230. If I didn't have an old Ride and an a Rossignol, I'd get one, but I don't go enough to buy another. Hell this is the 4th season in a row I haven't been

Damn that sucks, Mike. I've never heard much about Stratton, but I thought it was supposed to be good. I went last night, hoping for a soft park night, but it was a little too wet. When it's too wet the lips get sloppy. (That's not what she said.)
