Question Best multi-fx (out of what I'm looking at)?

As far as my price range goes (about $200), I'm looking at the (everything listed is used) Line 6 POD 300, POD XT live, POD X3, and Digitech RP500. Basically I will be using the multi in the fx loop, so I'll just be using modulation (phaser, flanger, chorus), delay, reverb (maybe), harmonizer, and a clean boost.

I guess I'm looking for the best modulation (not too concerned about the other stuff) in terms of quality and amount of parameters, and also the best ability to act as a clean boost. I'm also looking for the greatest ease to switch effects on and off/switch between presets and banks.

Feel free to suggest anything else, as long as it's within this price range.
