If you can't fix it yourself, don't bother. If you do do it yourself try to get one with a higher voltage rating than the one that was in it. Same capacitance but higher voltage. You'll have to check for scorching elsewhere on the board before even bothering. Caps will blow all by themselves at times but you'll want to be checking that nothing shorted out downstream that caused it.
