Pro Series is German built at the Warwick factory, but finished offsite.

Hoping the wooden tuning peg heads are a standard affair though (well, standard on... customs. I guess).

After having had a good chat with one of the factory staff on my visit, I understand why they're doing what they are. The standard Warwicks weren't stockpiled- everything's made to order. Effectively, everything was custom shop in terms of work done (excepting your LEDs and inlay work).

EDIT: The sliding pickup has only been done on some of Guy Pratt's 'wicks, it's not a new thing for them. I don't see the option on the updates CS price list.

Life is good when every bass you play just makes you think "nice, but I like how mine sounds a lot more"

BUT HOW LONG CAN IT LAST

Same here, but mine is more in the feel department. I have never played a six string, or any other bass, with such low and effortless action as my Cirrus.

I like to think I have a pretty good ear though, otherwise I would be ****ing terrible at music, since it's not like I ever practise or anything
