Well the degree of difficulty really depends on the length of activity vs rest.
Here's an article to help you out, man.

Yeah, I figured. I was just wondering how "beginner" is the beginner phase- if someone who is just beginning could even handle that. I guess I'll just have to find out by trying.

Its pretty easy, you just have to find your groove, take it slow at first

If you can, I would try to go see a physical therapist and/or chiropractor to see how bad the imbalances are.

How long ago was your clean and jerk injury? Is it mostly soft tissue related, or is there a deeper lying root cause for your neck/upper back pain? While I do like seeing that you guys aren't afraid to dig into your bodies with a lacrosse ball, there is only so much that one specific modality can do.

At some point you've got a decision to make:

1. Address the problem with a trained professional.
2. "Self medicate" (so to speak) at home and, potentially, exacerbate the negative effects of what is plaguing you.

Clean and jerk injury happened about a year ago. I've had off and on back problems since then. I don't have the time or the money to go to a physical therapist, and I've never had a good experience with chiropractors, although I may give one another shot if I can see them cheaply enough.

So like some time ago I was complaining about fruit...

Also, non-sticky fruit please. I hate having to go eat a peach or something when I know I'll have juice all over me like a 1-year old. The only thing I can easily eat that doesn't make a mess are apples basically (bananas too, but unless you are careful you touch the fruit and you make a mess too).

Get on with those GMOs already!

Apparently God has heard me. In the store around the corner they started selling these dried off apple pieces in a package as a snack. It's very cheap, has very low calories compared to other snacks (70kcal), it tastes delicious, and it doesn't have any sticky juice thingy, so you eat them just like chips.

I'm a believer now
